Gay beach sobe
In this detailed gay commute guide to Miami, we give you our tried and tested go-to selection of all the city’s queer highlights.
You know, there’s more to Miami than just buff eye-candy patrolling the beach in skimpy shorts…
…no, really!America’s most sun-soaked city is also one of its gayest, with no shortage of LGBTQ cultural highlights, party opportunities, and places to continue . We love it here. Whether enjoying a sushi lunch complete with sea views or dancing adv into the early hours of the morning, Queer Miami is just so much fun!
Miami is also one of the most liberal cities in America, with a vibrant lgbtq+ community that has been loud and proud for many decades now. There's a reason that Miami Pride is one of the best gay parties in all of Florida. Miami also offers plenty for the cultural traveler, too. We loved exploring the unique Art Deco architecture as well as the buzzing arts scene. It isn’t all beaches and cocktails here! However, there is that too.
A trip to Miami wouldn’t be complete without at least some beach time. The city is home to several world-class gay beaches as adequately as an embarrassment of seas

The Eco-luxury hotel has a metre 'living wall' that is home to 11, local plant varieties. The gorgeous large rooms, featuring Calcutta marble tubs and rare Colorado beetle slay pine wood, make for a relaxing and upscale stay. Food options at the hotel include a poolside vegan restaurant, Habitat a modern-day Mexican restaurant which specializes in delicious small plates and fresh seafood. There is more emphasis on the 'day life' experience here, which is perfect for a family as they present babysitting and Kid's Club services for their guests.
Miami is exactly like what you will have seen on the T.V. and in films! It’s a trendy, vibrant and very cool beach destination. Miami has been a same-sex attracted hotspot for many years with gay bars, queer beaches, gay events such as the winter party and a large queer population – we can definitely see the attraction to living and visiting here.
We came to Miami looking to relax before we went on an Atlantis gay cruise (check out ‘What is a gay Atlantis cruise really like…’) and so headed straight for the male lover beach in Miami. There are actually two ‘official’ gay beaches in Miami and if that’s what you are looking for, you have come to the right place!
